The Lexmark E210 is a small laser printer with near vertical input and output trays. Paper feeds from the rear to the output tray at the front. There is a single sheet feed in the front for non-standard paper.

The Lexmark printer control panel has a button for printing one sheet at a time from the manual feeder, another button for canceling a print job before completion and a button for printing a demo page… that’s a strange button for this one feature.

Installation and setup is easy and straightforward. The E210 connects to your computer through a parallel or USB connection. Clean black text and well-defined graphics make the overall print quality of the E210 quite good.

Paper handling is not to good. First, paper tends to curl. If you attempt to print on both sides by manually feeding the sheet back through the printer a second time, the corners sometimes fold and the result is a paper jam.

A toner cartridge for the E210 Optra printer costs about $110. You can save approximately 15% by purchasing a quality discount toner cartridge.
